See the Self coaching provides a thinking partner who respects that the client is always the expert on their life. While my coaching can feel therapeutic, it is not advice, guidance, consulting, mentoring, counselling, psychotherapy or other forms of support. Coaching gives clients the opportunity to practice their curiosity, agency and accountability to build the life that they choose.
Clients who receive coaching from See the Self learn to depend on themselves, returning only when it could be of benefit. I find that those who resonate with this hands-off approach like to share the benefits with others.

During coaching sessions you're prioritising yourself with the understanding that if you do so, everyone around you will benefit as well. You get the most out of coaching by being open and honest. You're eager to practice self-reflection, challenging your own limiting beliefs and being accountable to yourself.
You sense when it's a good time for coaching and continue your progress between sessions. You celebrate the effort that you make regardless of whether the outcome is a success or a valuable lesson. Ultimately it is your resilience that allows you to advance to your next stage.
No need to start specific. Any area of life could be coachable - balancing responsibilities and aspirations, navigating a process of introspection, relationships, confidence, purpose and anything else you can imagine. If there's a more suitable form of support, finding it is coachable too.
Foundational habits that allow you to face life's opportunities as the person you want to be. This might include sleep, diet, activity, hobbies and other enriching pursuits that you wish to explore. Perhaps also habits that you want to leave behind. Everything stacks on top of how we treat ourselves.
You may be facing situational challenges and seeking external results. Discussing what's happening, what's getting in the way and ways to harness the untapped potential could meaningfully boost your output in areas including work, personal projects, caring for others, community and more.
