Born and raised in Sydney, Australia. I have also been the Son, the Friend, the Student, the Sibling, the Partner, the Colleague, the Aircraft Development Engineer, the Senior Software Engineer, the Game Designer, the Client... in hindsight, I am all and none of those things.

I reached a point where I felt the path I was following wasn't for me. I manage many habits that developed from avoidance and have struggled to revise them, especially when they've fed on each other. I've tried blindly following others' advice and found clear progress when I learned how to listen to myself.

Understanding myself helps me live a life of intention and balance, enabling me to face my challenges constructively. I perform the practices that help me so I can get over myself to be of service to you. 

Many people have helped me to reach this point, especially those who listened and encouraged. To pay that forward, I'm not guiding you to become me, I'm supporting you to become who you want to be.
