Prioritising yourself, finding hobbies and the time to enjoy them.
You may be facing situational challenges and seeking external results. Discussing what's happening, what's getting in the way and ways to harness the untapped potential could meaningfully boost your output in areas including:

A session is always led by what you choose to prioritise.
In a broad sense, my coaching process involves:

You'll decide which actions to take and how to stay committed. If you need help with accountability you have the option to lean on me.
You don't need a coach to follow this process, but it helps.
